The fee depends on which trading route is available when the trade goes through. On the lowest-fee route:

0.50% per trade, plus network fees, shown in the quote before you confirm.

0.05% per trade, shown on the token's page. A minimum applies on small trades.

A $1,000 buy and a later $1,000 sell count as $2,000 of volume. Some tokens also have their own contract fee, set by the token's creator, not Fomo.
